Erica Entsminger is a partner on the mass torts team where her practice focuses on mass tort litigation, complex product liability cases, class actions, and multidistrict litigation.

Erica joined Eglet Adams in 2010 as an associate attorney and was named a partner in 2015. Since joining the firm, Erica has been an integral part of the mass tort team and has cultivated a diverse practice which includes jury trials, extensive motion practice, complex discovery matters, and appellate work.
 
Erica was actively involved with recent class actions against Xerox and Facebook, high stakes multidistrict litigation cases involving Transvaginal Mesh and DePuy ASR medical devices, and several high-profile product liability cases including the Olympus America Duodenoscope cases pending in Los Angeles County. She is also currently involved in the litigation against opioid manufacturers and distributors related to the catastrophic impact of the opioid epidemic in Nevada.
Erica has spent her career fighting for the rights of injured individuals and consumers, and this led to her being named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2015. She is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association and is a Sustaining Pillar of Justice of the Nevada Justice Association. When she’s not practicing law, Erica enjoys watching Notre Dame football, running, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
