Las Vegas Trial Lawyer– Jack F. DeGree

Jack re-joined Eglet Law as a trial attorney and partner in 2025. His practice specializes in representing personal injury victims and those who have been subjected to insurance bad faith. Jack previously attained great trial success with the firm for over five years, trying numerous cases to verdict from 2014-2019.

Prior to re-joining Eglet Law, Jack opened the Las Vegas offices of a large national firm where he continued his passion and eagerness for helping individuals injured in Nevada and the families of those affected and now faced with the unenviable task of taking on major corporations and large insurance companies in the litigation arena.

Jack is a life-long resident of Las Vegas and received his undergraduate (B.S.B.A) and graduate (M.S.) degrees in accounting and his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV). He was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before going inactive upon pursuing a career in law.

In his spare time, Jack enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children and supporting each of them through all of their activities and youth sports. He is an avid supporter of the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights youth hockey organization and is committed to furthering the growth and passion for youth hockey in Southern Nevada.
