Las Vegas Trial Lawyer– Cassandra S.M. Cummings

Cassandra joined Eglet Adams in May 2018 as an associate attorney and was promoted to partner in 2024. Cassandra is on the mass torts team where she focuses on wrongful death, product liability, and class action matters. Prior to joining Eglet Adams, Cassandra was an attorney for a national full-service firm as a member of the litigation team where she worked on insurance defense, premises liability, and construction defect cases.

Immediately following law school, Cassandra worked for a regional firm representing general contractors in construction defect cases. In addition to her civil practice, Cassandra represents abused and neglected children through the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada's Children's Attorney Project.

Cassandra attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She then went on to attend law school at the University of Oregon where she earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree in 2010.

Cassandra is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America. Cassandra volunteers with the Career Development Center at William S. Boyd School of Law helping students prepare for their job interviews and life after school. She also serves as a mentor through the Nevada State Bar's Transitioning into Practice Program in which she mentors newly barred attorneys. She was named a Rising Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers from 2019-2024.

When she's not practicing law, Cassandra enjoys spending time with her husband and two children exploring parks and museums.
