Las Vegas Trial Lawyer– Brittney R. Glover
Brittney first joined the firm in 2006 as a temporary file clerk. She was quickly hired as a permanent employee and elevated to various positions within the firm, until she ultimately became the firm’s lead motion-writing paralegal on the highly intense litigation team. While she worked full-time at the firm, Brittney attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she majored in Journalism and Media Studies and minored in Entertainment Management.
After earning her bachelor’s degree, Brittney attended California Western School of Law. As a student, Brittney made the Dean’s Honor List and received an Academic Excellence Award in Advanced Negotiation for achieving the highest grade in the class. She also received an A+ in her Legal Drafting practical experience course. While attending California Western School of Law, Brittney interned for an employment labor law and a personal injury law firm. She was Vice President of the Employment Labor and Law Society and an active member of the Black Law Students Association. Brittney also participated in the Consortium for Innovative Legal Education Law School Exchange Program, where she spent one summer studying abroad at Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague, Czech Republic.
While pursuing her law degree, Brittney continued with the firm as a remote paralegal honing her legal writing skills. Upon completion of law school in 2019, she returned to the firm as a law clerk before becoming an Associate Attorney in 2020. Brittney is an integral member of the litigation team, where she drafts motions and works closely with Founding Partner Tracy A. Eglet on catastrophic injury matters.
Brittney is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California. She is presently a member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, Nevada Justice Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, and Las Vegas National Bar Association. Brittney was named a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers and a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Black Lawyers in 2023. In 2024, she was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
When Brittney is not practicing law, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, cooking, boxing classes, swimming, listening to music, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
