Las Vegas Trial Lawyer– Andrew R. Guzik

Andrew joined Eglet Law as an associate attorney in September 2022 and was named a partner in 2025. Andrew represents plaintiffs in high-stakes product liability, catastrophic injury, and class action matters.

Prior to joining Eglet Law, Andrew’s practice focused primarily on insurance defense litigation including premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, and construction defect cases. His experience also includes a background in administrative law.

Andrew is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Tennessee (currently inactive) and earned his law degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law in White Plains, New York. He completed the school's demanding environmental law program, which is consistently ranked as one of the top programs in the nation. He earned a certificate in environmental law from Pace University and graduated from the program with honors.

In 2023, Andrew was recognized as a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers.

When he is not in the office, Andrew enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time with his family.
