Las Vegas Trial Lawyer- Andrea N. Killebrew
Andrea began her journey with Eglet Adams in 2023 during her third year of law school as a law clerk, having been awarded the Eglet Adams Trial Advocacy Scholarship. After passing the Nevada Bar Exam in August 2024, she transitioned to the role of associate attorney in October of the same year. Andrea currently practices on the litigation team, working closely with Founding Partner Tracy Eglet handling wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and product defect cases.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Andrea was inspired to pursue a career in law by her mother, a dedicated civil litigation attorney, and by her own commitment to advocate for those who have faced tragedy or loss.
Andrea attended San Diego State University on a Division I lacrosse scholarship and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she worked as a paralegal at a local law firm, focusing on mass torts and catastrophic injury cases, gaining valuable experience in complex litigation.
Andrea attended the William S. Boyd School of Law where she was a member of the Society of Advocates Mock Trial Team, travelling across the country to participate in competitions. In 2023, she was awarded runner-up for Best Overall Advocate at the Hofstra Medical Malpractice Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, Andrea received a CALI Award for the highest grade in Administrative Law (Spring 2022).
In 2022, Andrea externed for the Nevada Supreme Court, serving under Justice Abbi Silver (Ret.) where she observed court proceedings and oral arguments, conducted legal research, and drafted bench memorandums.
Andrea is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, attending Las Vegas Golden Knights and Raiders games, traveling, and playing board games.
