Complaint Against Opioid Manufacturers
The Case Against Opioid Manufacturers
Clark County, Nevada, filed a lawsuit against opioid distributors and manufacturers on the morning of Thursday, December 7th, 2017, as Clark County residents deal with the ongoing opioid epidemic. District Attorney Steve Wolfson filed a 46-page complaint in the Eighth Judicial District Court with approval from the County Commission.
